Thanksgiving. What are we thankful for? Our freedom to be able thus far to celebrate this
day. This should make us more aware of being grateful. I happened to look up the meaning
of Thanksgiving in the dictionary and it is considered a U.S. National Holiday. How do we
express it? It's time to reflect and consider all the blessings God bestows upon us. Here is
a small poem for you all.
Soon, family will gather around their tables,.it is clear.
Exceedingly expecting the best meal of the year.
Giving thanks, as the song says, Counting Our Blessings...
Name Them One By One,expressing .
Or do we take it for-granted all the blessings God bestows?
When you don't tell Him so, this makes Him sad, do you know?
Be thankful who you are with!
Be thankful for the ones who prepare the food prepared and
placed before you....they humbly give.
Yes, God loves a thankful heart....
For, He is the unseen guest and thank Him for His lasting love
knowing He will never part.
Psalm 150:6,"Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD, Praise Ye the Lord.
And, the great Thanksgiving Psalm penned,,Psalm 100,"Make a joyful noise to the
Lord all ye lands!" Enter to His gates with Thanksgiving and into His courts with
praise: be ye thankful!! to HIM and bless HIS Name." Amen and Amen!
