World's Silliest Way to get More Sleep - and it Works!

Out of pure silliness, my 17yo son and I have been making a bit of a big deal about the time when all the numbers are the same: 4:44, 11:11, etc. Sometimes, it's almost freaky how these numbers show up in our lives. I can't even begin to count how many times I'd wake up and look at the alarm clock and it would be 2:22 (am), 3:33, or 4:44. So, how does that get me more sleep? Some days, I wake up just a minute or two shy of one of these silly times, so I figure I'll just close my eyes for a minute or two, and when I open them again, it's an hour or two later! It's becoming just as silly to know how many times this has happened, too! :D
