Excel spreadsheet for daily activities is working

I'm still doing my points Excel spreadsheet for daily activities...it has helped me so much to understand what I do or don't do in a given day and how those actions or lack of action contribute to the results good or bad I see in my life.

Before it really felt like those things just kind of happened or didn't happen which meant I didn't see my own contribution to it or take responsibility for myself. Now I can see how much power and control I really do have over making good things happen for myself OR how much I contribute to bad things by what I do and don't do.

It has helped me restart making small daily contributions to my long term goals too and they really do add up - both in tangible results but also in improving my mood and feelings of well-being and accomplishment.

When things last week were so stressful and I was struggling so much to stay on track it showed up a ton in my daily points for tasks and when they got better this week I was able to really see some of the things that I did that contributed to that BIG difference.

Creating visual data can really help you see what is going on, what works and doesn't work and for me it keeps me honest about WHY things are good or bad!
