I will be posting each day (or close to it) for the previous day, as I can't say I've stayed in calorie range until I've actually finished the day! emoticon

I did well yesterday - especially considering I had a plan for dinner but it didn't work out so I had to make a last minute decision for a different meal, and it was already 8pm. I was good and pulled out some salsa chicken from the freezer and made 2 tacos. Stayed right within range!

Today I went above and beyond my plan. I went to my Barre class as planned, but then followed it up with 30 minutes on the AMT machine. Killer! I came home and had some lunch, showered, then ran off to my massage appt. Now, I'm going to make some dinner and relax for the night!

Tomorrow I will be doing Barre again, hopefully my co-worker will be able to make it! Then home to shower and get ready for the party we are going to. Not sure what I plan to do on Sunday, depends on how tired I am after the party!

I hope everyone has a great weekend! With the busy day tomorrow I won't get the chance to do my accountability blog, but I'll be back on Sunday! :)

    I'm glad you're doing well! How do you like the barre workouts? I really want to try one! It's been a goal of mine for the past few years, but haven't found a place that isn't over the top or anything.
