June 12th ... seeing results

well, it took a novena and a fast to get me back on track, but since i stopped eating sweets and eating between meals only 8 days ago, i can't believe the difference. i really FEEL lighter, slimmer ... and i finally got to see 115 on the scale again. i've also been doing simple exercise like 40 min on the treadmill, or walking withmy husband around the neighborhood (also about 15 min -- with the added bonus of being able to TALK with my husband!). also doing simple floor exercises, stretches and a little bit of weigh lifting (only 5-8 lbs, but it's a start). been keeping up PRETTY well on my water, but still seem to be stopping at Chick-Fil-A most days for lunch or dinner. need to work that out. just feels good to be in control again and to see results so quickly from really not that much effort at all. remind me again that this is a GOOD thing!
