A week off-track

Well, as my title would suggest, I was so off-track last week. Didn't make it to the gym once. Didn't watch my food intake. I'm afraid of the scale. SO, I'm not weighing in until Thanksgiving morning.

I am going to make it to the gym today. I HAVE to make it to the gym today! I don't want to because the weather sucks, and at 4:30pm it's already dark outside, but I can't skip another workout! I know I'll feel better so I just need to make it happen.

I will also start tracking my food again tomorrow. AFTER my SPOGA class! I did at least takes some healthy steps this weekend - I took a meat tenderizer to the bag of frozen spinach that was all frozen together. Now I will be able to get back into my green smoothies. I get off-track with my green smoothies because of the time it takes in the morning, so my breakfast when I work early will be coffee with protein powder (I don't like regular drip coffee, the protein powder works well to cover the flavor). I know I need more than just that so I will probably boil some eggs to bring as well.

Enough talk, more action... Need to finish up here at work and get my booty to the gym!
