Tomorrow starts a new week

It is time to get strong and loose some weight. I've decided I dont want to quit swimming so I'm going to get up make me a smoothie and head to the swimming pool. Im going to count my calories. Get lots of sleep. Drink my water. AND LOOSE SOME WEIGHT!!!!!
