The diet that keeps on giving

I have amended the diet to include 1 meal per day in the fear that I might mess up my stomach and digestive tract. I want to do 1 low cal meal per day, sadly it didn't work out yesterday and day before, but today was a success, I mean xxx a full blown success. My family had pizza, while I ate 1/2 fillet of tilapia and a cucumber salad. Totally regretting the salad, it was rather delicious, but boy I have gas like there is no tomorrow. The weight loss continues with pretty decent results. I am down daily, no longer a full pound per day but about one every 2 days, which is darn amazing in my book. So, as long as I don't feel ill and continue to loose, I think I will stick to this for a while and see how far down the rabbit hole I can get. Shoot, might not actually get stuck 4 a change.
