WEEKLY TOTALS
-I consumed 10,080 calories this week, which averages 1440 calories per day. This is the best diet week I've had in a long time! I met my caloric goals 6/7 days this week!

-I earned 400 fitness minutes this week, and I burned 2,705 calories!

-Including exercise, I averaged 1055 net calories a day, which is just above target.

-I reached 158 and lost 1 pound this week! Also I think I'm finally over the sickness that has lasted almost a month. A few symptoms linger, but overall they're mostly a nuisance.

    p.s. I really like your Michael Jordan quote. That's one of the reasons I like the goals you set. They are things you actually have control over - and because you have a goal in mind, it's much more likely you'll MAKE that goal!
