Omgosh!

The last few days have been horrible with the arthritis in my feet. Hard to walk, but I refuse to let it slow me down. I started adding little bouts of running. Yeah! Get that! It's shockingly painful, but goes away after a few seconds, ok, more than a few seconds. Feels like it's breaking my metacarpals and ankles free so I can run. The dogs enjoyed the run too. I'm trying to break my plateau, just a week in. Still working on it. I'm almost a month behind in reaching my goal weight. I got stuck. I like the surprise in seeing actual muscles. Freaks me out every time. (still new). I know some of my weight sticking is due to muscle gain, but my goodness! Anyhow, on the great side, first time around on the skinny jeans challenge I lost 1" from waist & 1" from my hips, the 2nd time I lost 1 1/2" from my waist & 1" from my hips. So...round 3. What surprises will I have this time. I've gotten to where I can do the full 30 min glutekicker program on the elliptical. I like my new found growing strength. It's nice having the energy to do things now. Got some veggies refreshed in new soil in their pots and have gotten some inside to the sunroom. I've kept my peppers for 3 years doing this. I have an early start every year. :-). Still have a few more outside to bring in. Until I can, I've got them covered. I've got more peppers to bring in & the succulents. Clipped the flower stacks from my mum & made a bouquet. So I will get back to working & let you get on with your day. Have a beautiful day. I'm gonna go make some more bouquets.
