Day 3

I shall start by going over yesterdays goals:

Stay on the low side of calories, day 2 challenges arm and butt, and treadmill, increase water intake.

Each of those goals were met: The calories for yesterday were 1187, I did the arm challenge yesterday morning, and then again last night. I did the butt challenge last night after doing the treadmill, and I did 20 minutes on the treadmill, it was shorter than I wanted because I did it before I put Isabelle to bed and she sat there and cried and screamed and it was not a good time. I stretched throughout the day as well.

The goals today include the same 30 day challenges of butt and arms, treadmill and stretching. Justin does not work today so I could do a longer walk on the treadmill, because I don’t have to worry about the babies behind me. I will also do the challenges when I get home because I did not get to do them this morning as I was running late for everything.

Justin also brought home a different protein shake today the Boost one, with 15 grams of protein vs the 10 that I have been drinking so that will help the increase of protein.

Yesterday in a small way Justin made me feel good about the progress I have made by telling me he can see the changes in my face since we’ve been together which helps with the need and want to keep going!
