I know I'm a bit late on this one, but I just have to write it. I find that I am usually very consistent in reaching these seasonal goals! I have heard it said that a goal without a deadline is just a dream. So the deadline is this fall!
Nutrition: The goal is 1450 calories or less daily with 75% accuracy. In the summer I had excellent bloodwork numbers (triglycerides, cholesterol, etc). Now to maintain!
Exercise: I have been doing cardio consistently only rarely missing a day. My goal is to do 2 1-hour Ballet Beautiful DVDs each week. And I will start walking/jogging, weather permitting. I am already planning a schedule. I went on my first walk today!
Finances: I started the year very controlled in this area, only purchasing the necessities. Somehow I have started to fall back into chaos and poor habits. My goal is to make wise financial choices through the holiday season.
Organization: I have two goals for this category. First my bathroom is getting remodeled - new bathtub, tile, paint, sinks, almost everything. Once the renovations are over, my goal is to get my bathroom clean again. Dust is everywhere! Secondly I would like to go through or get rid of 3 boxes of stuff in my room. I am proud to say I came a LONG way in my room over the summer!
Weight: I am around 158 pounds now. My goal is to reach 155 and lose 3 pounds this fall. I have gained and lost within a 5-pound range (156-161) since May. It is time for a breakthrough!
Pleasure: I will easily read 52 books this year, an average of 1 per week.
Outlook: I will remember to stay positive! Honestly I wasn't over the spring and summer, but I have very good energy now!
