Wow, it's already 9 days into November and I haven't posted a blog at all this month?? Well, Hi! I'm still here. emoticon

So, what's happened in the last almost 2 weeks? I went to another SPOGA class, I'm really liking it and plan to be there again tomorrow. I've also done 2 Barre classes. The Saturday class is with a TOUGH instructor, I was very sore. The Friday instructor isn't as bad, I wasn't sore, so I am going to try to keep BOTH Barre classes on the schedule.

My eating hasn't been great, I have been doing some stress eating recently... But I'm trying to keep it under control. I've also been trying to figure out what I want my daily workout schedule to look like. I've found myself getting to the gym for my cardio days and not knowing what to do. I enjoy doing tabatas, but I don't feel like I'm getting enough out of them.

So, I think I've decided I just need to go back to focusing on getting my steps in, however that may be. I'm thinking I'll do a couple of the tabatas I enjoy and then hop on the elliptical or AMT machine and just go until I hit my step goal or until I'm ready to be done. I'm needing more cardio in my life so I hope this is the easiest way to get it done. I'm loving the classes I'm taking and wish I could take more!! Darn this whole job thing... emoticon

How are all of my SparkFriends doing?? I know we are getting to that stressful time of year... any plans in place to not go overboard??

    Glad you are doing well with your workout classes! I have gained about 4 lbs from the Halloween aftermath. It was probably more the alcohol than the candy, although the candy sure didn't help!

    I am trying to stick to my diet 80% of the time for November and December

    I find if I get at the very least my steps in everything else seems to fall into place. Of course to get my steps in I have to basically live on my treadmill so that really stops me from snacking and binge watching Netflix lol.

    I bought a Fitbit last week and I am trying to beat the step numbers that I did the day before. So far I have even by a couple hundred is better that what I was doing!
