I would say anything counts here. I have been a slug since the weather turned cold and I don't like walking in the cold dark morning. I need to re-think. I could re-vamp the green room and do work out DVDs. That's my new fitness goal.

    Yes, sometimes the more convenient exercise is made, the more apt we are to use it. I keep my hand weights where I can grab them to use consistently. It works. I can see them, so am reminded, "Hey, you gotta use these today"

    I do the workout and finish it. Lately i have dusted off a couple of workout DVDs, T25 and a SparkPeople DVD to do because I can get up, be dressed and in front of my TV in 5 min. It helps me to stick with my intention to exercise.
