Day 98 - New Year's Resolution

The Date is Nov 8, 2016 and here is what I've accomplished:

I now weigh 160 pounds

I am pleased with the energy I have, the fit body that I now have, and my ease of moving

My body feels healthy, flexible, toned and strong

I'm exercising by:
Getting in walks outside twice each day (about 1 mile+ each)
Working out at the gym:
Spending time on the recumbent bike daily
Spending time on the treadmill daily
Getting in my knee strengthening exercises daily
Getting in Strength training three times each week
Spending time on my peddlar each day

I've learned to:
Moderate my eating
Include my favorite foods in my meal plan
Work to stay in the lose of maintain columns
