I got this!

Sunday, November 08, 2015

I've been thinking a lot of all the things I've achieved in my life. My strengths n weaknesses. One thing I know is if I set my mind to something I follow through and most of the time I do achieve it. Soooooo. .You see I'm also in recovery from alcoholism. Also I have never been so dedicated to a weight loss program. Thanks to this Spark app:) So I've decided I'm going to give quitting smoking a try. I'll start by cutting back. I know myself and I know I will set myself up for failure if I try cold turkey. Anyway, wish me blessings and prayers for strength always appreciated:) Blessings to you all :)

I hope that you will do whatever it is that you set out to do. You can do it !!! I quit smoking almost 5 months ago. I'll tell you one thing; is it ever nice to be able to taste food again and not run out of breath... Breathing , it's the best thing ever :)

Hugs prayers and blessings , all the best to you !

p.s .... I used a vapor cig ...I started at an 8 mg nicotine, gradually went down to I can't inhale or I choke . It's better then nicorette or anything else I have tried.

There are vapor stores here in Canada, I don't know what you have where you are...but you should check it out...!

Have you tried using an e cig? I've known quite a few people quit that way. Good luck however you approach it.

Good For You! I realized almost all the dumb stuff I do is Habit! That is right! I drank 6 cups of coffee for a very long time, out of habit. Breaking the habit is the difficult thing, plus the problem of caffeine withdrawal yuck. But I did it! And so can you! I saw the difficult time my husband tried to quit smoking. Guess what Habit was the culprit. It may take you several tries, You are not failure!
Good for you for making big changes in your life! And taking responsibility for your actions!
