Letter to myself

I deserve to lose weight over the Holidays because I am worth it and I care about my health and how I feel. I will accomplish this task by exercising and watching how much I am eating. I know I will be eating cookies and a lot of other goodies, but I will just cut back some because I want this weight off and not keep putting it on.
I am looking forward to the Holidays and I look forward to dropping the pounds off!
