Unfortunately I got pretty sick for half of the month. At the same time the stationary bike (my main form of exercise) broke down. So this was not my strongest month, but I tried to make the best of it!
I met my caloric goals of 1450 calories or less 16/31 days this month, which is only 51% accuracy! However when I was sick I did not track for 3 days. I will do better next month!
This month I earned 2,390 fitness minutes! I met my cardio goals easily - even when the stationary bike needed repairs! I did fairly well with strength training. My goal was 2 to 2.5 one-hour sessions per week. I did 7 this month, which is about what I could manage while I was sick.

I maintained 159 all month. I am ready for a new weight!

I read 4 books last month: Aesop's Fables; Sophie's Choice; The Art and Science of Teaching; and Billy Budd, Sailor.

I am still working on 2 Metamucil a day and only 1 dessert a day. (For those of you asking about the Metamucil, it is a fiber supplement that promotes digestive wellness and also aids in lowering cholesterol. Frankly I feel much better taking it regularly).
As many of you already know, I also landed a long-term subbing job teaching 7th grade English. It will run 8 weeks from late January through spring break! I also have another long-term subbing job possibility. It's 8th grade English, and it will run from April through probably the end of the year if I get it.
