I just finished my 3 challenges & started the holiday survival challenge. I've found I really like doing challenges.
With the skinny jeans challenge, I was able to drop another inch off chest, waist & hips. I'm seeing muscles develop & fat go away. I'm loving the changes. I'm loving the more energy.
I made small changes, (challenge), & got myself fiber-full, (challenge). Oh yes I love my challenges.
So, I'll do my holiday survival...and yes, again, the skinny jeans challenge. Coach Nicole has some great routines. I've been doing more of her routines. However, I still like Jessica Smith for her walking cardio.
So, without further ado, I have a date for walking.
