I tried out the exercises prescribed. It was much more challenging than I thought it would be. I feel tired. I also could only do the minimum. Good news - I got it completed plus some house cleaning which counts as my cardio too. I went from 167 to 164.5 since yesterday. I am motivated to stick to it. Need to go get some more fruits and veggies. I may be 45, but I am still able to successfully lose weight.
