I do have a tad of SAD (seasonal affective disorder). Actually knowing that is a big help. It means once November hits I need to be aware of the importance of light for me....light from my light box, light on sunny days and connecting to that which lights my heart....friends, family and quiet time. My goals for this month are to use my light box at least 5 times a week, see friends and connect with family every other day and to set aside quiet time for myself each day.
