Time to grab it up and go!!

I have spent a couple of months feeling sorry for me. To heck with that noise.. Not that I was eating bad it had just got easier to NOT go to the gym and not do the walking due to some stupid injuries that laid me up.. So I have pouted long enough. Grabbing those boot straps up and getting on the go.. Went to aerobics this morning it is suppose to be a 45 minute class we are slow I guess it lasted a whole hr. I have to work back up to my walking. I had it up to six laps around the track (ten laps is a mile. OMG today I done 2 laps then had to sit and chug water to calm me back down. I go to the dr. next week. All the measuring cups are out. Rethink what I am doing.. Charging into the holiday season to make those recipes better for me! emoticon

    Great to see you blogging again! I've missed you my friend. My ob/gyn referred me to a weight loss clinic at the Ottawa Hospital in the summer of 2014 and I just got in this September. The program is going well.
