Beginning a new challenge

Good morning everyone. I've been probably the best slacker here in the past several months. Yesterday November 1st I decided to sign up for a new challenge. It's called SparkPeople's New Member Challenge. I've been here a long time but I've lost sight of the reason I started in the first place. So, what better way to begin then with this challenge. I also decided to do the 10 min exercise challenge the month of November. I don't know what I'm lacking but something has to jump start me again and doing this is better than doing nothing at all. emoticon
