60 days to make a change

I spent the day grocery shopping and prepping food for the week. I am publically committing to eating the best that I can and tracking all that I eat. I will also walk a minimum of 20 minutes a day.
I have my breakfast, lunch, and snacks all set up for tomorrow. I will do it, I will stick to my plan.
My cholesterol is high as well as my triglycerides. I have to re-do my blood tests by the end of December. The last time I had them done was July. I have not made any lifestyle changes since then, if anything I have been eating worse and gaining more weight. So, on Monday, November 1st 2015 I will make a change. I will eat right and I will work to prolong my life and live a healthy life.
I will weigh in in the morning and post my weight. I will also take pictures. Not so sure that I will post them right away, but when I gain some confidence and have some "after" pictures then I will post them.
I pledge to make myself a priority and work will fall in after family and myself instead of in front of me.
I will make a change.
