This cookbook never disappoints, and I'm particularly in love with this recipe. It is so aromatic I could "eat" the air in my house! I made a tripled recipe in my Kuhn Rikon pressure cooker with no problem at all. If you'd like the recipe, borrow the cookbook from your local library or better yet, buy it! If you like Indian dals, you will love this cookbook!
