big backslide

I was feeling so great about myself. Walking was fun, 4 or 5 miles a day. Then foot problems and pain. Dr said stretch and no walking. Took a month off but pain didn't leave. I started compulsive eating and now have lost control. I am frustrated. Writing this blog to help myself get back on track.

    Oh, I feel for you. I also have been told not to do my usual walking because of my foot pain. It does get better. Hang in there! emoticon

    Don't beat yourself up about this. On this journey, you will have bumps in the round. You did it before and you have to believe that you can do it again. Take one day at a time and blog a much and as long as you need to to get you back on track..

    i use to have a foot problem. I just walked on the treadmill for 1 hr everyday as long as my foot did not hurt too much. I have noticed that my foot problem has gone away.

    I have heal spurs and when they act up I do cardio chair videos, on spark or Jessica Smith on U Tube. Start with one small change in your meals, tracking really helps to see any pattern in your choices. Whwanesom not on yourplana

    keep your head up!! You can do this! I deal with plantar fascitis and heel spurs so I know how badly those can hurt and tend to derail activity. Remember not to be too hard on yourself and focus on what you CAN do! =)
