OK, Eliz asked how to peel garlic?

You'll need a Chinese cleaver for that. Break apart all the cloves and use a knife to cut off the stem ends. Do it for all the cloves. Then use a Chinese cleaver to smack them, one or more at a time. Not too hard, but enough to break them. You'll learn quickly how hard to hit and this process should move right along.








Meanwhile, I've read that pomegranate is very good for the heart and vascular system. Aldi's happens to have sales of Pom for 58 cents. I also read that Pom can be kept up to two months in the fridge. Well, that calls for getting a month supply. Thanks Aldi's for the saving of about $1 each.
