Made my 10 pound weight loss goal for October!

14 pounds in October!
I'm keeping the same 10 pound weight loss goal for November. To make that goal I have to be pretty much on plan, but not perfect.
I talked with the doctor at my physical yesterday, introduced him to SparkPeople and went over my calorie range and plans. For the weight I'm at he was fine with my monthly goal and calorie range
I thought it was interesting because he didn't necessarily say my ultimate goal should (or shouldn't) be 168 (top of normal BMI for my height and build) he just said he'd like to see me get down to 200-210 (so overweight vs. obese category).
