Goals

So my Spark Coach challenge is to come up with reasons why I want to lose weight. Here they are:
1. I don't want to be the first person in my family to become diabetic.
2. I want to keep my blood sugar, blood pressure, & cholesterol levels low like they are now.
3. I don't want to have to buy new clothes.

So those are my goals.

    LuckyOne60, I am working hard to eat right and to exercise. Those are the main things that I can do to reach my goals. Some days I do good on these, other days I don't, but I am gradually getting better at sticking to my Spark People plan.

    Those are among my top goals too ! Great motivators indeed, since I see first hand all around me how these often avoidable diseases kill dreams and affect lives. Good stuff!!!
