Do you follow a workout plan or schedule ?

Do you follow a workout plan or schedule ? Is it on paper or workout videos of some kind ?
Why I ask ? Well I have always been a wing it type of person with my workouts , which usually ended up choosing forms of cardio like a walking video workout or the exercise bike etc. and not doing strength exercises often.
Then last year I stumbled upon the bikini body mommy and her free challenges . I did one of her 90 day challenges and made it about halfway and then was in a fibro flare and couldn't continue. Just recently she did a 6 week mini challenge and I did that one and made it through but now that it is over I am lost on what to do .
Should I go back to winging my workouts for now ?
Or does anyone have any recommendations for a workout plan to follow (preferably free) ?
