Day 87 - Old Habits

Start identifying ties when you eat strictly out of habit, then decide how you could change your routine. With family members of friends, invent new ways to feel connected to people, even if you're the only one who makes the changes.
Going to the movies always involves popcorn, but we do not add butter to it, so that helps some. That is the one habit that occurs most often, but we have not been to the movies recently. When we watch at home, we share an apple, which is much healthier.
