As October comes to a close, I have been on my current quest to 'get fitter' for about 3 1/2 months and so far, lost 29 pounds. Not what I had hopped for, but not bad. I have not been this weight for about 11 years. A recent visit to DR for annual was quite good and my labs are all much better than they were in the recent past (5 years or so). I say 'get fitter' because while I really need and want to loose weight, I want to get stronger physically to do the active things I want and need to do without pain and fatigue. And, that is happening!
With our recent visit to the grandchildren out of state and our brief detour to Las Vegas out of the way, I hope to get back to more rigorous exercise to blast off those 5 pounds that are keeping me out of the ONEDERFULS.
