I too was frustrated when I started this journey to get healthy. Not seeing the scale move. .For weeks! But when I stopped worrying about it and just followed my calorie intake here on Spark and exercised the pounds started falling off:) Slow. But sure. Down about 8 lbs in just under 8 weeks. I'll take that n keep on keepin on!

    Good reminder. I forget that it took time to put on the weight and it will take time to take it off. Have to take one step at a time and stay the course.
