I know I'm really late on this one. Sickness is getting in the way of my plans! September was a pretty controlled month!
I met my caloric goals of 1450 calories or less 18/30 days this month, which is 60% accuracy! My goal was 75% accuracy, but still not bad.
This month I earned 2,865 fitness minutes! I met my cardio goals easily. I usually ride the stationary bike an hour a day. I am still doing well with the strength training, though not quite as well as in the summer. I average 2 to 2.5 one-hour ballet workouts per week. I did 11 one-hour workouts this month!
WEIGHT AND MEASUREMENTS
I lost 3 pounds this month! I went from 159 to 156 this month. (As an aside, I am frustrated that I have been gaining and losing the same three pounds for months. Still looking for that breakthrough). I still haven't found the gumption to face the measuring tape.
OTHER SEPTEMBER ACCOMPLISHMENTS
I read 7 books last month: Woman Warrior; Narrative of the Life of Frederick Douglass; The Sign of the Four (a Sherlock Holmes novel); Crito; Catch-22; The Other Boleyn; and Papers, Papers, Papers!
I wrote 7 blogs last month!
I am still working on 2 Metamucil a day and only 1 dessert a day.
