Excited for the gym!!

So first, I have to admit, I have slacked ever so slightly. On Saturday I didn't workout, though I did reach by step goal. I think the only reason I met my goal was because it counts some of the movements I make when doing laundry... So slacked there, and yesterday, I didn't reach my step goal, but I did workout.
Yesterday was my first class at the YMCA. Yoga. I loved it. LOVED. IT.
I cannot wait to go get a workout in tonight. I am doing cardio tonight, I plan on doing a Tabata on the rowing machine, then get my steps in on the track, 1 lap walking, 1 lap running.
Tomorrow I am going to try the SPOGA class. I'm super excited!! First of all, it's just fun to say. Second, it is 30 minutes of spin and 30 minutes of yoga. AWESOME! I've never done a spin class before and I've heard they are tough so I think 30 minutes sounds perfect for a newbie like me!
Part of the reason I'm so excited is probably because of the nice, shiny, newness of this YMCA. It just opened about 6 weeks ago, and is the largest in the area. It is just so nice and spacious! Hopefully this excitement can keep me going for a while, then seeing results will KEEP me going!
