WEEKLY EXERCISE AND NUTRITION

-This was not my best week! First my stationary bike broke, which is my primary form of exercise and just under a year old. I submitted the receipt and information to the maker because it is still under warranty; I have yet to receive any reply or indication that they are processing my claim. And I got strep throat too!
-I consumed 11,090 calories this week, which averages 1585 calories per day. I met my caloric goals 4/7 days this week!
-I earned 285 fitness minutes this week, and I burned 1,610 calories!
-Including exercise, I averaged 1355 net calories a day, which is higher than usual.
-I maintained 159 this week, which is 2 pounds higher than a few weeks ago! Given how sick I have been, I will give myself a pass for now and focus on recovery.
