Make every one count

I just got done with a great workout. I have learned throughout the years to make every workout count. Keeping in mind that every exercise class is only about an hour, every interval is only about 30 seconds, 10 reps of lifting weights only lasts a short time. In other words the ever loving burn of those muscles is only temporary. With this mindset it helps me to put things into perspective. MAKE EVERY ONE OF THEM COUNT. You never know what tomorrow will bring. So, If I push myself extra hard for that short 30 seconds and I start seeing the results then it's ok to miss a day or two other than the usual days that I take off to allow my body to rest.
