I'm still around

By that, I don't mean I'm "round". Have still maintained my weight and still jump on my rebounder. I don't count calories or keep track of anything. I do try to make sure I get 20 to 30 minutes a day of the exercise and I'm 69. That 70 number is creeping up tooooo fast . I am still guilty of eating the "wrong" stuff! Had to go on Crestor although the Dr. said my numbers weren't all that bad....just inherited it!!!!! The good thing is I don't have high B/P. Celebrated 50th anniversary with a cruise, moved to a new place this summer so I'm very happy. Life is what you make it.
