So my challenge for today is not to complain, which is really hard because, let's face it, I'm a complainer. I've been on spark people (again) since August and I've lost 1 measly pound. That makes it really hard to keep on going. I'm exercising regularly 3-5 days per week, staying within my calorie limits 6-7 days per week, and really, really, *really* trying. But my clothes don't fit any better, and that scale is mocking me! I had really hoped that I would be well on my way to working off the weight by now but it is not to be. Trying to stay positive, but that is hard today. So I complained. Oh well.
