WEEKLY TOTALS
-I'm not sure how much I consumed this week. I was sick, and definitely way over on Thursday through Saturday. I met my caloric goals only 2/7 days this week. Darn!

-I earned 680 fitness minutes this week, and I burned 5,020 calories!

-I'm not sure what my net calories were, but clearly too high!

-I averaged 159 this week, about 2 pounds higher! It could be water weight or due to sickness, so I will make good choices and wait this one out.
