I have been pretty sick the past few days, so I am catching up on blogs!


We are cups, constantly and quietly being filled. The trick is, knowing how to tip ourselves over and let the beautiful stuff out.

-It was my mother's birthday and we went out to eat on Tuesday! So the diet was a little worse than usual. I consumed 11,160 calories this week, which averages 1595 calories per day. I met my caloric goals 3/7 days this week!

-I earned 575 fitness minutes this week, and I burned 4,335 calories!

-Including exercise, I averaged 975 net calories a day, which is higher than usual and just outside my ideal range.

-I maintained 157 this week.
