Day 82 - Last-Straw Eating

Although it may seem like it was the last straw that prompted you to give in and eat, you probably started to weaken a lot earlier. The real source of your emotional eating usually happened a lot earlier in the list.

This is another item that does not happen to me any more, especially since I have retired.

    It's hard to realize but we DO control our emotions...or we can learn to do so. We can CHOOSE happiness...not all that negative stuff.

    Do your best to just let it go. Forgive

    Your whole life will get better when your are grateful for the lessons learned and thankful for the 'good stuff.'

    You may just find yourself eating healthier, well within your plan (with a treat now and then, of course.
