Had a lot going on, the CAMDEN Meeting went very well. We have a fundraiser in December with the Ladies of Harley; the ongoing Quilt Raffle, and now in January (31) we have another meat raffle. YAY.
I made sure to contact the city guy so he would HAVE to be at this next meeting, so frustrating when he hasn't made one for the past 3 months. He's just no where near as involved in our Organization as the last one was. He was an angel. This new guy seems like he just doesn't care and it's frustrating to email him continuously, and call him and never get a call back. Oh well, guess that's life.
Got a video today from our Daughter of our Grandpuppy "running" in his sleep, it was hilarious, wish I could share it here. She said he barked in his sleep, too. Must have been chasing something he really wanted.
On the way home Monday (730 pm) a fox crossed the road in front of me with something in it's mouth. I've never seen a fox ever, and it was so beautiful.
Had my doctor's appointment today (Endocrinologist) and he said my A1C was 6.0 (which is great!), the only thing was my shoulder is sore..I had to get my second Pneumonia prevention shot. I'd already had one, but apparently this one is 3 more strains. So now I have a sore arm, but it's better than pneumonia!.
I've been working so hard on the things for the Halloween Party on Saturday. I made some "hands" for the punch, I got the jello shots done, I want to do everything else, but they'll be bad by that time. Maybe a few cookies, too, but I have all the supplies for the "dirty q-tips", mini mummies, ogre fingers, blood cake (actually cut into it and it "bleeds"), I forget what all I'm making, but lots of stuff. Thank goodness it's supposed to not rain Saturday, and be halfway decent.
So I'll show you the shots, I think they turned out great!
Have a wonderful week, back to more fun things happening with me tomorrow. Hopefully my arm will feel better. Share those smiles!
