Day 81 - Unhook the Chains

To identify the links in a behavior chain, consider all of the situations or people that may have prompted your stressful feelings or other emotions. Keep asking "and what else?" to jog your memory about other issues that affected you.
Today we are to look at actions and trace back to what started the actions overall. I have not remembered having a problem with things like this. Since I retired and have less dealings with my brothers I have less stress in my life, which translates into less problems with eating.
