I have been pretty upbeat and smiley recently and I think it is because I got so much sleep when I was sick! I am a little concerned, though, since I oscillate between highs and lows around my period or when I am depressed. A big low could be just around the corner. I tell myself I will work through it like I always have. If I get out of work early (*only* stay an hour late) then I will take some before pictures with a couple pairs of pants that just do not fit anymore, as well as box them up to open at a later date. I joined the skinny jean challenge which is kind of silly because "skinny" refers to the cut of the jeans, not the requirements for wearing them. #EveryBodyIsABeachBody Regard
less, it has good leg exercises mixed with small healthy eating challenges which is right up my ally. Strength training day and time to get back to the dreaded leg press machine--the one that gave me 4 days of DOMS!
