I did great yesterday until dinner time, then I had starbucks to stave off hunger until I got home, then I was HUNGRY, and overate, then I was craving SUGAR and had some caramel popcorn that was left over from the play.
So, really? I think I'm sabotaging myself without really recognizing it at the time I am doing it.
My goal today - STAY IN POINTS for the day.
I can do this!!
