Day 79 - Live as a "Healthy" Person

Start creating an image of how you will live as a "healthy" person. Instead of aiming to be thin, consider using words such as healthy, fit, active, balanced, or strong. Make these lifetime goals, not just ones related to staying on a diet plan.
This has been what I have been doing for the last several years. I have lost weight in the past and when I was at goal, I went back to the way I had been eating before. I have decided that I have to find a way to eat for the rest of my life. This also includes exercising and living a healthy life. I have to do something that I can live with for the rest of my life. This will be how I am for the rest of my life. I eat healthy, get in exercise, particularly since I have had both knees replaced in the last six months. I need to exercise to make sure that I am remaining flexible. I need to lose move weight to make sure that I can remain as healthy as possible.
