FYI this is a total rant.
Seriously I'm back again, ahhhhhh I never got down to my goal of 155 anyway so maybe that is the first problem. So I'm gonna just aim reasonable for now 160lbs. that's only 13lbs but the hardest for me to loose. The closest I have came (post marriage/ post baby is 165) and I felt like I was starving. I used a low carb diet to get down to that and wasn't happy. I love carbs too much breads, pastas, the works so I'm coming at it from a different way this time. Less junk food (sweets) and a small amount of carbs. Mostly still focusing on proteins and veggies for the main meal and some fruit.
. I hate that it seems impossible. I don't feel like I'm eating that badly but I guess I am. So here's to making better choices in the kitchen.
