Day 78 - Ditch the Critic

During times when you struggle with life issues, pull out the phrase "No matter what you say or do to me, I am still a worthwhile person" and repeat it to yourself as many times as necessary. Then live as if it were true - because it is!

I have been doing this for a long time. It is a part of my like now.

    Thanks for the reminder i learned this when i was in battered womens shelter in texas after i was almost murdered it was a close call for me an i learn so much in that shelter while i was trying to heal mentially an physcally
