So I fell off the wagon...

So I had pizza this week. And garlic cheese bread. And a giant salad covered with cheese. It was alllll the cheese! I was craving it so bad, I dreamed about it. I gave in. That was yesterday. Today I'm back on track. I walked 65 minutes on the treadmill, and I'm going to do some strength training in a little bit. I'm back to my eating plan. I'm going to divide up the remainder of the pizza and freeze it in packages so that I can have a heated up slice here and there. emoticon
